Where is Sean Vs The Robots based?

I am currently based in Dumfries, Scotland.
All of my products are designed, manufactured and shipped from within the UK.

When will my order be shipped?

I guarantee all orders will be shipped within 3 working days. For out of stock and pre-order items please refer to the product page, where you will find an approximate shipping date.

Will I receive a shipping notification?

Unfortunately Big Cartel does not support shipping notifications so you won’t receive one.

Will I my order be tracked?
In order to keep shipping fees to a minimum I use Royal Mail International Standard, which unfortunately does not include tracking.

Will proof of postage be provided?

If you request it when you place your order I can give you proof of postage

When will my order arrive?

For domestic orders I use Royal Mail First Class, which means your items should be with you the day after shipping (excluding Sundays).
For everywhere else I use Royal Mail International Standard. Royal Mail states that the estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days for Europe & 5-7 working days for everywhere else. Whilst most orders will arrive within these time-scales, international shipping can be unpredictable and it will sometimes take longer.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store? 

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store? 

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
